    1. Event Tickets
      1. Where can I access the event tickets I’ve purchased?
        1. A​ll event tickets that you have purchased are viewable and redeemable within the ​Tickets​ tab, under the Saved Deals/Tickets section on the main page when Spotable is opened.
      2. How do I redeem my ticket once I am at the event?
        1. Access your ticket within the Tickets​ tab, under the​ Saved Deals/Tickets ​section on the main page when Spotable is opened, to bring up your ticket details. At the bottom of the ticket, there is now a redeem button where you may manually press to redeem your entrance for the event. When you are ready to redeem your ticket, present it to the event to gain entry and have them redeem your ticket for you. **HAVE FUN!** *Note* Do not press the redeem button if you are not ready to redeem your event ticket! Although there is a two step verification process for redemption, we cannot promise that you will gain entry after accidentally redeeming your ticket!

      1. How do I improve the quality of the gifts I am winning?
        1. Under your profile section, in the preferences tab, Spotable has equipped you with a way of bettering the gifts you receive by tailoring the content to your preferences. If you do not like the gifts you are receiving, help us out by letting us know what you prefer. *Keep in mind* You can always go in and edit your preferences if they ever change.
      2. Where can I find the gifts that I have won?
        1. In the gift section of the Spotable mobile app, there is a tab labeled “My Saved gifts” where users may find the gifts they have won and would like to view later.
      3. How do I redeem a gift that I have won?
        1. Under the My saved gifts tab in the Gift section of the Spotable mobile app, users can select any gifts they have saved that they would like to redeem. Simply click on the gift and scroll all the way down to the redeem button. Like event tickets, gifts need to be redeemed by the business in order for you to receive your gift. When you’re ready simply present your gift to the business and allow them to manually redeem the gift for you.

      1. What is the refund policy of my event tickets?
        1. Spotable guarantees refunds up to 24 hours before an event. If a refund is requested 24 hours before the event or later, it is up to the business to decide whether or not to issue a refund.
      2. What do I do if an event that I have purchased a ticket for, has been cancelled?
        1. Spotable guarantees refunds up to 24 hours before a cancelled event. If a refund is requested 24 hours before the cancelled event or later, it is up to the business to decide whether or not to issue a refund. Spotable cannot guarantee that every business will be able to issue you a full refund.

        1. Spotable is FREE to post gifts, flash deals, and events.
    2. How to use the website
      1. How do I create a business account?
        1. To create a business account, go to our homepage at​ www.spotableapp.com​ and click on the “Business” button. That will navigate you to the signup page.
      2. Do all users see the same events on the Spotable app?
        1. Events displayed on the Spotable app are tailored to every users’ preferences and location. So what you see are events and deals that are specific to your tastes.
    3. Uploading Content
      1. How do I add a gift, flash deal, or event?
        1. After logging in to your Spotable account, on the top right corner of the screen you will see, “Create Flash Deals” “Create Events” and “Create Gifts”. Under each of those three tabs you are able to upload any flash deal, event or gift onto the Spotable app. Only businesses that have been approved by Spotable may be able to do so.

        1. To edit your profile, go to the Profile tab on the top right corner of your screen after logging into your account.Then click on the blue edit-box which should allow you to make any changes.
